General Agreement

Conduct and Responsibilities

Confidentiality: As a volunteer, you may have access to confidential information. You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information without the explicit permission of 2wiceShy.

Commitment: You agree to fulfil the time commitment you have promised. If you are unable to meet your commitment, please notify your supervisor as soon as possible.

Health and Safety: Volunteers must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. You should report any hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel immediately.
Rights and Limitations

Right to Refuse: 2wiceShy.com reserves the right to refuse or terminate a volunteer’s participation at any time, for any reason.

Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless 2wiceShy.com from any responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with your volunteer activities.
Media and Publicity

Media Release: You consent to the use of your name, likeness, and voice in any promotional materials or media coverage related to your volunteer activities with 2wiceShy.
Legal Compliance

Applicable Laws: Volunteers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while performing their duties.

Background Checks: You consent to any necessary background checks that 2wiceShy may require as part of the volunteer screening process.
Agreement Duration
This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your volunteer service with 2wiceShy unless terminated earlier by either party.
